Waiver, release, hold harmless, and indemnification agreement:
I voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless Hawaii Eco Retreat LLC (HER), Lolia Community LLC, Lolia Foundation, its board, employees, agents, volunteers, and other interns from all claims, accidents, injuries, or death that result from actions related to my Hawaii Eco Retreat and Lolia Place activities.
I understand that this document disqualifies me from recovering damages against HER, and Lolia Community LLC, Lolia Foundation. I acknowledge that HER, and Lolia Community LLC does not guarantee safety. Should I be injured in the course of my visit, I shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify HER, and Lolia Community LLC, Lolia Foundation, its board, employees, agents, volunteers, and other interns from and against all claims, accusations, notices, judgments, rulings, liabilities, expenses, etc. that may exist as a result of my actions, inactions, errors, acts, or omissions.
I acknowledge that my attendance and participation in any events or activities at Hawaii Eco Retreat or as a member of this Private Membership Association is both a conscious and consent-based option. My signature is my agreement that I have sovereignty over my choices to participate or not, say yes or no to suggested activities and to witness other experiences without judgement or subjugation on my part.
There are bees and wasps on the property.
The swimming pool deck handrails are under construction.
There is no gate to enter the pool or spa, nor lifeguard on duty.
Produce from the land must be washed properly to prevent Rat-worm Lung Disease.
I am aware of these risks.
I understand I can be asked to leave and I will vacate the premises if/when asked.
