Job Opening : Retreat Sales Lead

Hawaii Eco Retreat is hiring a new Retreat Sales Lead to Market and Contract for retreats at our location in Hawaii.


Candidates must possess the following Abilities and Experience:


  • Initiative and Motivation to sell retreats on a commission basis

  • Social Media savvy with tools to build a following and engage regularly

  • Ability to Document and Organize leads

  • Present HER in a professional manner to appropriate retreat sectors and retreat organizers/facilitators

  • Communicate with HER owner and other HER staff on a timely basis about leads and contracts

  • Be receptive and participate in mutual feedback and requests and be capable to empowered communication and action to advance shared goals

  • Work remotely and independently while being available to occasionally travel to Hawaii and communicate during Hawaii business hours.


Compensation:  Compensation is based on a % of the gross retreat income and position is an 1099 - Independent Contractor.   More details upon request.


Start Date:  Immediately upon hiring a competent candidate.
